We help global OTAs launch successfully in Korea and achieve strong results. The most critical factors in this process are localization and customer service. Korean customers place a high value on translation quality and customer support and are often willing to pay a bit more if these services meet their standards. 

Distribution - Travel Tech

We promote and distribute services in the Korean B2B travel market for our Travel Tech partners. The most crucial aspect is having an established network with local travel agencies, allowing us to introduce services tailored to each agency. We also facilitate communication between the Travel Tech partner and Korean travel agencies up to the contract stage. 

Platform Development and Distribution

For products with strong demand and growth potential among Korean customers, we establish direct API contracts with partners, develop platforms, and manage distribution. The platforms are tailored specifically to Korean customers, including language, UX, and UI design, and we provide all related services, such as sales, marketing, and operations. In the long term, we plan to expand globally by adding language packs for non-English-speaking European and Asian countries.
